Playfair Commerce Park is an industrial properties campus in the heart of Spokane, Washington.
L.B. Stone Properties Group started developing the 58-acre park in 2009. The land has a rich history in Spokane. It was once Playfair Race Course, the horse-racing showpiece of Spokane. Before that, the Spokane Interstate Fair built a track and the grandstand, offering races during the fair every autumn starting in 1901. During the Great Depression, Spokane secured New Deal funding to build a baseball stadium, Ferris Field, in the western portion of the land, right next to the convergence of the Northern Pacific and the Union Pacific railroads.
Today, the commercial park is just 13 minutes from Spokane International Airport, six minutes from downtown Spokane and two minutes from Interstate 90. We are the first industrial park in the area built to aerospace manufacturing standards with modern amenities, including:
- On-site management and leasing offices
- 30’ eave heights
- ESFR sprinkler systems
- 480 volt, 3-phase power available per suite
- Latest and most efficient LED lighting technology
- Super-insulated building R-38 ceiling, R-19 walls
- Ample parking
- Extra-wide streets with street lights, sidewalks, and landscaping on both sides
- Extra-large water, sewer, and gas lines
Playfair Commerce Park is in Spokane’s East Central Neighborhood, a newly-revitalized neighborhood with tremendous resources for employment.
